In fulfillment of the Mission and Vision of the College to serve those who have less in life, Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion extends scholarship and privileges to poor but deserving students.
Objectives
1. To extend financial assistance to deserving Catholic students who have less in life;
2. To help the students gain experience, knowledge and skills in office work; and
3. To provide working assistants as alternative source and additional manpower to the offices of the College;
Requirements
The applicant who meets the following requirements is qualified for the Student Assistant Privilege Program:
1. must acquire and submit Form 138 (card)/ previous grades (photocopy);
2. must acquire and submit Baptismal Certificate to show that he/she is a Catholic;
3. must acquire and submit a recommendation from the parish priest;
4. must acquire and submit the Income Tax Return of parents or the Certification of Indigency from the Office of the Brgy. Captain of his address attesting to his Family Income Status;
5. must acquire and submit a Certificate of Good Moral Character from the School last attended;
6. must acquire and submit a Certification from the Guidance Office of this College;
7. must submit two (2) pieces of 2x2 ID Picture; and
8. must pass the interview.
Application Procedure
The applicant for Student Assistance Privilege Program must follow the following procedure:
1. Step 1 APPLICANT
A. Inquire and apply at the OSA:
a. Application Form (F-OSA-14)
b. Requirements
B. Take the Entrance Exam- from the Guidance Services Office
C. Complete and pass all the Requirements.
2. Step 2 OFFICE OF THE STUDENT AFFAIRS
A. Check the Requirements;
B. Advise Applicant for interview;
C. The Screening Committee will interview and will give the final list of Working Assistants;
D. Inform Applicant regarding application;
E. Orient the Applicants using F-OSA-17;
F. Give Assignments.
Step 3 APPLICANT
1. Enroll and avail of the Working Assistance Privilege Program;
2. Secure an Endorsement Letter for OSA. Arrange duty hours with the Person In-Charge of his/her area of assignment.
Step 4 PERSON IN-CHARGE/AREA OF ASSIGNMENTS
1. Welcome the W.A.;
2. Orient the Working Assistant for better job delivery;
3. During the end of each Semester, Evaluate the work/performance of the Working Assistant. (The Evaluation Form is an important requirement of renewing the privilege)

In order to continuously avail of the privilege, the student assistant must submit the following:

3. F-OSA-017 – Rules & Regulations
4. F-OSA-012 – Evaluation Form
5. F-OSA-013 – Renewal Form
6. F-OSA-011 – Grades
7. F-MDC-001 – Medical Certificate
Privileges
The student assistant is privileged to receive the following:
1. Free Tuition up to 18 units every semester; and
2. Free six units during summer.
Support System
1. Seminar on Task Performance for Student Assistants;
2. Other Seminars, talks, and symposia as the need arises; and
3. Medical checkup.
